Product Care
We recommend all our products to be checked over and cleaned at least once per year. Preferably your products should be cleaned on a regular basis.
Useful
Brush the furniture down to remove leaves or debris. Use warm, soapy water and a soft cloth to gently scrub and wipe dirt away. After the dirt has been removed we recommended rinsing your furniture. Products can also be gently jet washed, please leave a distance of 20cm minimum between the jet washer tip and the product.
Generally yes, however some products may have alternative requirements. If a product needs specific care other than stated, we shall include further detail within your order.
Yes, all of our products are designed to be outdoors all year round with exception to our sofa cushions and parasol canopies.
Useful
Although they can be left outside all year round, we advise to either use a cover or bring inside during winter months to preserve the life of the product and minimise cleaning.
Delivery
Standard Delivery is free of charge on all orders.
Express 48 Delivery is a flat rate of £29.

No, you don’t need an account to checkout, you can pay for your order as a guest on our website. Just fill in your billing details / card information, then click confirm and pay using one of our secure payment options.
Warranty
If you have a fault that has developed within the warranty period, please send us a message explaining the issue. Contact us via email at support@rattanbox.co.uk
Unfortunatley the warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer and no extension period or extension option is available.
Returns
Yes you can return your item within 30 days, please refer to our our return policy.
The returns address for unwanted items can be found on the Returns Authorization (confirmation email) that we will send you once you have raised a ticket with us. To start a return, please refer to our our return policy.
Your refund will be processed immediately, but may take up to 3 to 5 working days to show in your account.
